About Us
I started my career by receiving the title of medical doctor in 1996. In a short time, I worked as a research assistant in the fields of cardiovascular surgery and urology. I became a urologist in 2004 and received laparoscopic surgery training at Leipzig University in Germany in 2005 to increase my knowledge and experience in this field. By gaining the title of FEBU (Fellowship of European Board of Urology) in 2010, I registered my expertise in my field at the European level. I received the title of associate professor of urology in 2011 and professor of urology in 2017.
During my professional career, I worked in important health institutions such as Aksaray SSK Dispensary, Memorial Hospital – Okmeydanı, Istanbul, Turgut Özal University Faculty of Medicine, Ankara, Atatürk Training and Research Hospital, Ankara, Gülhane Faculty of Medicine SUAM (Administrative Responsible), Ankara and Bilkent City Hospital, Ankara. I currently continue to serve my patients in my private practice in Ankara.
My research interests are particularly focused on andrology-related problems and solution techniques. I carry out studies on male infertility, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, female sexual dysfunction, congenital penile curvature, penile curvature (Peyronie’s disease), male and female genital aesthetic surgeries, ESWT shock wave therapy, robotic surgery, laparoscopic kidney surgery, chronic prostatitis and treatment options, benign prostate hyperplasia, kidney and urinary tract stone surgery, cystitis in women, urinary incontinence and prolapse surgeries.
In addition to being a speaker, trainer, manager and presenter at academic meetings and congresses, I provided theoretical and practical training to urology specialists, research assistants and medical faculty students. I also worked as a student counselor and in administrative duties such as the 5th grade education coordinator at the faculty of medicine.
In addition to my titles as urology specialist, associate professor and professor, I have many academic titles and certificates such as FEBU, robotic surgery DaVinci training program certificate and Turkish Urology Qualification Board qualification certificate.
I am a member of important academic and professional associations such as EAU (European Association of Urology), ESSM (European Society of Sexual Medicine), Turkish Urology Association, Turkish Andrology Association and Endourology Association.
Throughout my professional life, I have aimed to provide quality and innovative healthcare services in the fields of andrology and urology. I continue my work to offer the best treatment to my patients and to constantly keep my professional knowledge up to date.
